Top-Quality Materials for Thermoforming & Vacuum Forming

With over 30 years of industry experience, PN Products is committed to providing exemplary work to our customers on every single thermoforming and vacuum forming project. We work with a wide range of premium materials that allow us to meet our customers’ exact specifications. If you’re unsure what materials would be best for a product you need, just ask our helpful staff for advice.

The materials we use in plastic vacuum forming and thermoforming include the following:

  • ABS – A popular choice that is stiff, offers high impact strength, and is available in many colors and textures.
  • Acrylic – This transparent material is resistant to abrasion and available in many colors.
  • High Impact Polystyrene – An inexpensive and highly modifiable material, though not as sturdy as ABS.
  • PETG – This clear material possesses incredible impact strength.
  • PET – Polyethylene terephthalate, also called PET, is the name of a type of clear, strong, lightweight and 100% recyclable plastic.
  • Polycarbonate – A clear material with exceptional impact and temperature resilience.
  • Polyethylene – This material has top-level cold, chemical, and impact resistance but may be less stable than other options.
  • Polypropylene (PP)- A type of polyolefin that is slightly harder than polyethylene. It is a commodity plastic with low density and high heat resistance.
  • PVC – This rigid material option possesses good impact strength.
  • TPO – With unrivaled impact strength and a glossy finish available, this material is ideal for outdoor applications but is not as malleable as other choices.

Our team offers both thin gauge and thick gauge thermoforming for most of our materials, though acrylic and TPO are only available for thick gauge.
